Privacy Policy — Wadiftech Autofill

The Wadiftech Autofill browser extension ("the extension") helps you fill out online job applications using the CV you have already uploaded to your Wadiftech account at wadiftech.com. This policy explains what data the extension handles and how.

What the extension accesses

• Your Wadiftech account. When you sign in, the extension authenticates with Wadiftech's secure backend (Supabase) using your email and password. Your password is never stored by the extension; only a session token is kept on your device.
• Your CV data. After sign-in, the extension reads the CV(s) you uploaded to your own Wadiftech account so you can choose one and fill applications with it.
• The job page you are on. On supported job-application sites, the extension reads the form fields so it can fill them with your CV data when you click the button. It only acts when you click; it never submits the application for you.

What we store

• A login session token and your selected CV reference are stored locally on your device (chrome.storage.local). They never leave your browser except to communicate with Wadiftech's backend.
• The extension does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers, and does not sell or share your data with anyone.

Where data goes

Data flows only between your browser and Wadiftech's own backend (Supabase) to authenticate you and retrieve your CV. The extension does not transmit your information to any other server or third party. Form filling happens entirely inside your browser, on the page you are viewing.

Sites the extension runs on

The extension only runs on the job-application platforms declared in its manifest (e.g. LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SuccessFactors and similar). It does not run on other websites.

Your control

You can sign out at any time from the extension popup, which clears the stored session and selected CV. Removing the extension deletes all locally stored data. To manage the CV data itself, use your account at wadiftech.com.
